MPM was founded in November of 2000 in Venezuela. Its headquarters are located in Punto Fijo, state of Falcon with a branch in the United States specifically in Florida.

We are leaders in repairs of pressure vessels, in the mechanical area and specialized welding. We have done works for PDVSA, PDV Marina, Vassa, Mourik, Mecor, emergencies and plant shutdowns in several units of the Centro de Refinación Paraguaná (PDVSA's CRP) in which the more complex plants are included CRAY (Delayed Coking) and FKAY (world's largest Flexicoker) which have been implemented in timeframes of global standards.

Additionally, we have done critical welding works in the enhancers of the Jose Petrochemical Complex (Eastern Venezuela) through Mecor company, it was such a great challenge because we are the first Venezuelan company working on cladding and cracks repairs in that kind of equipment with very hard working cycles and our activities were completed in a highly competitive timeframe comparing with other international companies and with a 100% Venezuelan staff.
